TECNEMA
srl
Company
dealing with the design and construction of systems for
industrially manufacturing trim pieces in the ceramics,
stone and glass sectors.Trim pieces are changing and so
is Tecnema; with over 1110 multiple disc cutting systems
and 500 trim piece assembly systems installed all over
the world, Tecnema is the ideal partner for its customers.
Tecnema is the ideal partner for its customers:
1989
the company began its activity producing special machines
for cutting ceramics and stone
1991
the porcelain stoneware skirting tile-bullnose is created
in Sassuolo using Tecnema profiling machines
1993
special cuts, such as triangles for instance, are included
in the industrial process by means of dedicated machines
1995
Tecnema incorporates Promec srl and systems for the industrial
assembly of friezes, rosettes and mosaics are created
1996
the research and development department for customer assistance
is strengthened by establishing Tecno Engineering
1997
the ceramic sector discovers “honing and lapping
techniques for porcelain stoneware” with Tecnema
equipment
1999
the new industrial buildings in Maranello strengthen the
production potential of Tecnema
2000
innovative splitting and profiling machines enable the
stone sector to expand into the field of trim pieces
2002
Tecnema raises the standard of automation for laboratory
purposes
2003
ceramic, marble and glass mosaics are no longer a problem
with Tecnema patented technology
2004
curved waterjet cuts are now available to customers
2005
complete tec-mounting plants to small sizes: 2,5x2,5cm
and 5x5cm
2006
The modular cut 300x500 mm with micro-chamfer, from big
ceramic slabs 3000x1000 mm, finds its realization in the
new working centers by Tecnema.
2007
Modular sizes and ventilated facades can be industrially
produced tanks to the new bilateral grinding in square
and to the automatic units for thickness’ engraving
to fix hooks on the walls.
2008
Big sizes in porcelain stoneware can be lapped, grinded,
cut into the commercial size using innovative machines
and packed with antibacterial surfaces, self-cleaning
thanks to the new line TiO2.
2009
The processes of modules in porcelain stoneware, with cutting
through diamond blades or induced breaking matching with bilateral
grinding, are operated by NC. The line operator becomes a responsible
for quality and industrial accounting: flexibility and just in time production.
2010
The new lapping machine, complete with continuous control of
the tools wear condition, independent on each head, complete
the range of processes on the production line of modular sizes
in porcelain stoneware with real-time monitoring of costs.
A special thank you to our customers that we consider
our “most qualified partners”.
